NAVIGLI - MAX 1 PERSON
“Navigli” is the only studio flat that you can find in the building without a kitchen and with a single bed. It is therefore suitable for a single person. In fact it is more like a single hotel room. As for the armored front door, as well as for the other apartments, you only enter through the customized code that the host provides you. This code is valid only for the entire booking period. The apartment has a large window and is very bright, as is the bathroom, spacious and complete with everything. “Navigli” has a high table with stool, which makes this apartment very youthful. The smart TV is already connected in wi-fi to the internet, while guests can connect to the net via the password that is provided upon access. In the wardrobe you can find other pillows with different characteristics from the one on the bed, so that, if this is not to your liking, you can replace it with one that is more comfortable for you. In the wardrobe you will also find the safe. Inside you will find a very large fridge, a kettle for tea or herbal tea, the espresso coffee machine with capsules. Hot water in the bathroom is provided by an 80 liter boiler with instant production. The shower is 90×80, to give you all the space you need. The complete set of towels (shower, face and bidet) can be found folded on the metal shelf, placed on the towel warmer. The heating is centralized, the room and the bathroom are always well heated.
BRERA - MAX 2 PEOPLE
The Brera Apartment is equipped with all the comforts, including a retractable kitchen to optimize space. It can be configured with a double bed or two separate single beds, depending on the guests' needs. Access is through a secure door, using a personalized code that will be provided at the time of booking and will be valid for the entire duration of the stay. The apartment is bright, thanks to the large windows, and features a dining area with a high table and stools, giving the space a young and modern style. The private bathroom, equipped with a shower and forced ventilation system, ensures comfort and practicality. The smart TV is already connected to the Wi-Fi network, and guests will be provided with the password to browse with their devices. There is a safe in the wardrobe and a selection of extra pillows with different characteristics, allowing guests to replace those already on the beds with those that best suit their preferences. The retractable kitchen, integrated into a cabinet, is equipped with a sink, induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishes, plates, and pots. To ensure proper use of the kitchen, it is forbidden to use pots other than those provided, which are specially designed for induction. The microwave also functions as a kettle for water, and for tea lovers, various tea bags are available. For coffee, there is a capsule machine located in the cabinet under the TV. Hot water is guaranteed by a new-generation electric boiler with a capacity of 80 liters. The 100x80 cm shower ensures space and comfort. The towel set (shower, face, and bidet towels, one for each guest) is folded and placed on the metal shelf above the towel warmer. Heating is centralized, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, both in the rooms and in the bathroom.
VELASCA - MAX 2 PEOPLE
The Velasca Apartment is equipped with all the comforts, including a retractable kitchen to optimize space. This apartment, featuring a double bed, can accommodate a maximum of two people. Access is through a secure door, using a personalized code that will be provided at the time of booking and will be valid for the entire duration of the stay. The apartment, which has large windows, features a living area with steel tables and chairs. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, is also windowed. The smart TV is already connected to the Wi-Fi network, and guests can connect using the password provided upon entry. In the wardrobe, you can find extra pillows with different characteristics from those on the beds, so if the ones provided are not to your liking, you can replace them with the ones that are more comfortable for you. From here, follow the same metro route: M2 (Green Line) to "Loreto" (2 stops), change to M1 (Red Line) towards "Sesto 1.mo Maggio", and get off at "Pasteur". Walk for about 3 minutes along Via dei Transiti, then turn left onto Via Marco Aurelio 8. By Taxi: A taxi will take you directly to Via Marco Aurelio 8 in 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. - By Bus (Approx. 15-20 minutes): From Centrale Station, take bus 81 towards Sesto Marelli M1. Get off at the "Viale Monza - Via Pasteur" stop and walk for about 3 minutes to Via Marco Aurelio 8.
- By Taxi (Approx. 10 minutes, depending on traffic): The journey takes around 10 minutes but may vary based on traffic conditions.
